Crafted for breathable comfort, the Brooks Cascadia 19 features an airy mesh upper. The fabric’s perforations promote continuous airflow, allowing cool air in and hot, humid air out.

Designed using a DNA LOFT v3 foam, the midsole of the Cascadia 19 uses more of this super-soft, nitrogen-infused cushioning than its predecessor to maximise comfort. With an extra 4mm of foam in the forefoot and 2mm in the heel, the DNA LOFT carries the footwell and moulds itself to the shape of the foot, enabling it to fully support the curvature of the underfoot.

The outsole of the Cascadia 19 is designed for exceptional grip on various terrains. It features TrailTack Green rubber and high surface-area lugs, providing excellent traction whether you’re going uphill or downhill, even on slippery surfaces.
