The VJ MAXx is a versatile, well cushioned and fast trail running shoe for alternating terrain.
The shoe features VJ’s new perFOAMance midsole, which is made of hitech and ultralight material that offers extreme cushioning and energy return. The midsole is finished with a full lenght rockplate that protects the runner’s feet from sharp edges and pertruding branches. The rockplate also makes the shoe torsionally more rigid and increases energy effeciency.
The MAXx features VJ’s famous Superior Contact outsole made of our own butyl rubber compound, offering the best grip on the planet in any terrain.
The upper is light, breathable and durable one-piece upper that together with the foot-shaped last offers maximal comfort and performance.
VJ’s innovative Fitlock-system offers an optimal fit for the shoe by locking the foot from the arch. It also offers extra protection by protecting the arch from the impacts the foot is facing while running.
