James Steer01/09/2024I cannot speak highly enough about this shop. Matt stopped what he was doing to give me 20 minutes of running technique advice, which was game changing. He also advised me that buying a second pair of running shoes (after I had got a new pair from him the week before) wasn't necessary, and that mastering the correct technique was the first step, then if I felt it necessary come back for a second (race day) pair. This shop is a breathe of fresh air, and has helped prevent many injuries due to the gate analysis they did. Thank you guys!! We need more small (personal touch) businesses like this. James

The staff there are very knowledgeable and gave great advice not only on choosing a new pair of running shoes but also in assessing gait, running style etc. when on the treadmill and gave some useful tips for mitigating shin-splints. Great little shop and nice to have a face-to-face with people who clearly have expertise in running as opposed to the hassle of online shopping. Thanks again and I'll be sure to come back for any future running-related needs!

Aiden Noakes20/06/2024Been trying to get into shape these last few months which has included a bit of road/gravel track running. Just been using some trainers that I've had for a while which has caused some foot/leg pain. Popped in the other day for my first ever pair of proper running shoes. Took the time to explain the different styles of shoes and support I needed for some pronation. Had me on the treadmill trying different shoes to find the right ones for me. Came away with some shoes that have made a massive difference and I now run with no pain. Very friendly, knowledgeable and actually cared to make sure I had the right shoes for the type of running I do/to deal with the pain problems. Will definitely be back when I eventually need my next pair of running shoes.
