Some great feedback about the shoes, with the Vibram outsole being a big hit with all.

We have the demo shoes in store until Monday.

***MARATHON Q&A SESSION***

Friends of the shop Malcolm and Hannah (and maybe a bit from Tessa and Matt) will be holding a marathon support/Q&A session on Wednesday 15th January from 6pm-7pm at MyRaceKit.

This is designed to be an informal opportunity for anyone doing a spring marathon to chat, ask questions and get advice/share experiences about all aspects of marathon training. Whether it's your first marathon or your 50th, everyone is welcome!

Due to safety reasons the event organiser has decided to cancel the Winter RSR.

I know there's going o be a lot of disappointment from the runners, but please think about the organiser who has had to make a decision they tried really hard not to make.
