This lightweight thermal base-layer has really soft fabric that keeps me nice and warm; plus having the thumbs holes in the sleeves helps keep your hands cosy too. The half zip is handy for once you’ve got running and started to warm up a bit, and the reflective pattern is a nice way to be safe when out in the dark.
It’s a bit of a joke at work that I love a good snack when I am running (and when I am working too). To be honest it is true and that is one of the reasons I love my Instinct Vest! It has loads of easy to reach pockets, and is big enough to fit in everything I need when I am out running, whether that’s mandatory kit for a race, or just my pasta salad and snacks for lunch!
I pretty much never run without my Vaga cap, it’s great for both shading my face in the summer and keeping the rain or snow off in winter. I’ve popped it through my washing machine loads and the colours are still as bright as when I got it. The Vaga waterproof fell cap is definitely going to be on my Christmas list!
